Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 125 ml carbonated mineral water
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • n. B. Chocolate coating, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar until very creamy, then lightly combine with the flour, baking powder, chocolate sprinkles, oil, and mineral water. Spread the batter into a floured pan (e.g., a square springform pan), bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes, and then let cool. Spread the chocolate glaze mixed with cinnamon over the cooled cake. If desired, draw stripes into the dark glaze with melted white chocolate coating.
