Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g butter
  • 250 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 125 g sugar
  • 60 g starch flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sugar
  • 80 g starch flour
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil, cold-pressed
  • 500 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Quickly knead the dough ingredients into a dough and place it in a round, greased cheesecake pan. Pull the dough up the edges. Then mix all the filling ingredients well. The filling will be very runny. Pour it onto the dough. Place the dough in an unheated oven on the middle rack. Bake at 170-175 degrees Celsius for exactly one hour, then remove and let cool. Do not remove from the pan while it is still hot.
