Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 large shrimp(s), frozen
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Glazed with honey and Worcestershire sauce

Thaw the shrimp, peel them, cut a slit along the back, and remove the intestines. Mix the ketchup, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the shrimp for about 20 seconds on each side. Add the seasoning mix and cook for about 2 minutes until the mixture coats the shrimp (glazes). Remove from the wok and season with pepper. Serve 4 shrimp per person as an appetizer.
