Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 rolls (mini burger buns)
- 500 g prawn(s), cooked
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- 1 small garlic clove(s)
- 2 tbsp flour (Spanish fritura flour), alternatively regular flour
- 3 tbsp milk
- 150 ml oil, neutral
- salt and pepper

Clean the shrimp and cut into medium-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion, then mix everything with the soy sauce. Add a little salt and pepper. Form small patties, coat them in flour, and fry briefly in a pan. Top the buns with cucumber and place the patties on top. For the aioli, blend 1 garlic clove with milk and add oil until the desired consistency is reached. Serve the aioli with the mini burgers.
