Shrimp burger with egg-free aioli

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 rolls (mini burger buns)
  • 500 g prawn(s), cooked
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour (Spanish fritura flour), alternatively regular flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 150 ml oil, neutral
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Clean the shrimp and cut into medium-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion, then mix everything with the soy sauce. Add a little salt and pepper. Form small patties, coat them in flour, and fry briefly in a pan. Top the buns with cucumber and place the patties on top. For the aioli, blend 1 garlic clove with milk and add oil until the desired consistency is reached. Serve the aioli with the mini burgers.
