- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 1 cup of quark
- 1 tube(s) mustard
- 1 tube(s) horseradish (cream)
- 1 bunch of cress

sounds strange, but tastes quite good and is super healthy, especially when you have a cold
Spread bread slices in the following order: mustard, tomato paste, horseradish, quark, and top with cress. There are no specific quantities; just experiment. I got the recipe from my mother-in-law, who lives a very healthy lifestyle and always eats this bread when she has a cold. Apparently, the ingredients contain a lot of vitamins.
