Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 170 g butter
  • 70 ml cream
  • 400 g confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Christmas cookies

For the dough, combine the flour and baking powder and sift them into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter, and cream and mix until smooth. Using two teaspoons, place the dough in small mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make a well in the center of each mound, then place it in the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. After baking, place a Toffifee on each cookie and let it cool.
