Apple and banana pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 apple
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 2 tbsp quinoa, popped
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • some oil for frying
  • possibly apple syrup
  • possibly cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

No sugar, only with the sweetness of fruit, suitable for Baby Led Weaning (BLW)

Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl. Coarsely grate the apple and mix it with the banana, flour, quinoa, egg, and baking soda. Heat oil in a pan. Spoon the batter into the pan. Gently fry the pancakes on both sides. Serve the pancakes with apple syrup, cinnamon, quinoa pops, and fresh fruit, if desired. This mixture makes 6 medium-sized pancakes.
