Banana oat pancakes without sugar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 4 tbsp, heaped flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • some oil for frying
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp apple syrup
  • n. B. Fruit
  • 3 tbsp quinoa, puffed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with peanut butter and quinoa pops, baby-led weaning (BLW)

Peel and finely mash the bananas or puree them in a food processor. Combine the eggs, oats, flour, and baking soda with the banana puree. Heat a pan with a little oil, drop in the batter with two spoons, and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle some peanut butter and apple syrup over the finished pancakes and sprinkle with the puffed quinoa. Serve with fresh fruit, if desired. This amount of ingredients makes approximately 6 medium-sized pancakes.
