Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 fennel bulb(s)
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. germ oil
  • ½ tsp salt, to taste
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

plain and simple, with apple and cucumber

Finely chop the apple, cucumber, and fennel. Chop the fennel leaves (if using). For the dressing, combine the orange juice with oil, salt, and chili. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for a while, if possible. Serves one person to fill you up, or as a side dish for 2-3 people.
