Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely grate the carrots and apple and mix well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit for at least half an hour.
