Apple and feta cheese salad with onion

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 m.-sized apple, sweet
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cut the feta cheese and onion into small cubes. Core the apple and also cut it into small cubes, with or without the peel, as desired. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil. Let it sit for about 2 hours, then season again if desired.
