Apple and Mango Curry Sauce

The perfect apple and mango curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Mango, finely diced pieces
  • 1 piece Apple, diced
  • 1 piece Onion, diced
  • 0,2 l Apple juice
  • 0,15 l Coconut juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 el Coconut flakes
  • 0,1 l Cooking liquid [gravy, vegetable water, rice water, etc.]
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch or rice flour
  • 2 tbsp English curry powder, see my KB
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Malabar pepper black

Apple mango curry sauce:

  1. Cut the mango meat, the apple and the onion into small cubes, stir the starch powder into the cold liquids, dice the onion and slowly simmer to the sauce with the other ingredients except for the spices. Finally, season the sauce with curry powder, pepper and sea salt.

  1. For rice, chicken and other meat and vegetables.
