Spicy Leek Soup
The perfect spicy leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Kasslernacken
- 800 g Leek
- 300 g Celery
- 600 g Potatoes
- Salt pepper
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 cm Ginger
- 200 ml White wine
- 1,5 l Vegetable broth
- 1 Can Peeled tomatoes
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the meat in it until brown.
- Add tomatoes and stir with the meat.
- Add the stock and white wine.
- In the meantime, clean the leek and cut into rings. Chop the celery, dice the potatoes and add everything, cook for about 30 minutes over a medium heat.
- Approx. Add the chopped ginger and garlic 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
