Apple and oat waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 cup margarine, vegan
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup finely ground oats
  • some sugar and/or granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Fat, for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without egg, without milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a sticky dough forms. The amount of flour and oats can vary slightly. Grease the waffle iron well and bake until the waffles are browned to your liking. This recipe makes about 4-5 waffles and tastes similar to Dutch Stroop waffles.
