Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), e.g. vanilla flavor, or favorite variety
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) or oat milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the ingredients one by one until you have a smooth batter. This is best done with a hand mixer, but a wooden spoon will also work. The batter should be slightly runny, but not thin. Therefore, adjust the amount of soy milk accordingly. Then bake in the waffle iron according to your preferences and taste, greasing beforehand if necessary, and enjoy warm with sweet spread.
