Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg apples, peeled, diced
- 2 onions, peeled and finely diced
- 200 g sugar
- 150 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 350 ml cider, sweet or dry nB
- 3 tbsp pepper, green from the jar
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a sufficiently large pot and simmer over low heat until thickened, seasoning to taste if necessary. Pour the mixture to the brim into the prepared twist-off jars and let cool.
