Apple and Pear Cake

- 4 piece Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 ml Cream 30% fat
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Orangeback
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 300 g Flour
- 2 piece Apples
- 2 piece Pears
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Fat for the shape
- Breadcrumbs
- Peel and core the apples and pears and cut into wedges. Cut the gaps a little. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mix the eggs with sugar, cream, vanilla sugar and orange cake and a pinch of salt and stir for about 5 minutes until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the batter. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Pour the batter into the pan. Place the apple and pear end slices alternately in the dough, pressing a little into the dough. In the preheated oven to 170 ° fan oven, sprinkle first 30 minutes, then brown zucxker over the cake and bake for another 30 minutes. So total baking time approx. 60 minutes.
- Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
