Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 apples
- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- Pinch(s) of sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 6 tsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- some butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
very creamy
Peel and dice the potatoes, onions, and apples. Sauté in hot butter until translucent. Add the water, vegetable stock, and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the cream and puree. Serve in plates with a teaspoon of creamed horseradish.
