Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
For the pizza dough, mix the salt, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl. Add the warm water and milk and mix everything well. Let stand for 2 minutes. Then add the oil first, then the flour. Knead everything well until a smooth dough forms. Remove from the bowl and knead thoroughly for a few minutes. Roll out the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Brush the edges with oil and let stand in a warm place for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Drain the peaches and blend them in a blender. Add the cream, sour cream, and curry and chili powder, if desired. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. The sauce can now be spread over the dough. Briefly brown the meat in a pan with oil, season, and spread over the dough. Sprinkle the sliced peppers and mushrooms, the sliced onions, the peas, and the cheese. The amount can, of course, be varied according to personal taste. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
