Apple and sage meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork, diced
  • 500 g apples, roughly diced
  • 500 g onion(s), roughly diced
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of sage

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Season the meat, onions, and apples generously with salt and pepper. Stir in coarsely torn, fresh sage. Use more or less sage to taste. Mix everything well and cook in a Roman pot or roasting pan in the oven at 170°C (350°F) for 1-2 hours. Serve with fresh baguette.
