Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 75 g spelt
- ½ handful of walnuts
- e.g. cinnamon
- e.g. agave syrup
- n. B. vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower oil
- n. B. salt water
Instructions

vegan, simply healthy
First, prepare the spelt according to the package instructions. This means washing it, soaking it for 8-15 hours, rinsing it again, and then adding it to boiling salted water. Reduce the heat and simmer on low for 15 minutes (if you don’t have time to soak it, simply add the spelt to the pot for 30 minutes). Meanwhile, quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces. Cover and sauté it in a pan with a little oil, then fry until crisper, if desired. Then add the walnuts, preferably quartered, to the pan and season with cinnamon and agave syrup. When the spelt has reached the desired consistency, add it to the pan with the apple. Stir everything together and serve.
