Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple, ripe
  • 1 banana(s), preferably overripe
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash, quarter, core, and peel the apple. Mash it with a fork and immediately add half of the lemon juice to prevent the apple from turning brown. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the apple. Squeeze the rest of the lemon juice over the apple and mix again.
