From the 6th month the perfect fruit puree starter and my daughter’s absolute favorite, as a dessert for young and old
Peel the apples, chop them into small pieces, and core them. Place the apple pieces in a saucepan with the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for five minutes. Puree everything and divide it into freezer containers. Always add the oil to the warmed puree first. Makes about four portions. This depends on the child, of course. Note: This puree is suitable for both starting solids and starting fruit puree. I personally recommend starting with a vegetable like pumpkin or parsnip and using the puree as a fruit puree starter. Apple varieties that are easy to digest include Golden Delicious, Cox Orange, Pink Lady, Braeburn, Jonagold, and Elster.
