Apple-banana smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 2 small bananas
  • 150 ml whey
  • 100 ml apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the apples, quarter them, and remove the cores. Cut the apple quarters into pieces and place a few apple pieces on toothpicks. Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and place it in a tall container with the remaining apple pieces, the whey, and the apple juice. Blend with a hand blender. Pour into glasses and garnish with the apple skewers.
