Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 g margarine, vegan
- 90 g sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy flour
- 3 tbsp soy milk (soy drink) or other plant-based milk
- 125 g chocolate, vegan, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl and mix together. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold it into the batter. Tear off pieces of the dough, shape them into balls, place them on a baking sheet, and gently press them down (use a glass to do this). Bake at 150°C (convection oven, top/bottom heat: 165°C) for at least 25 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly so the chocolate sets again.
