Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple, sour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 orange(s) (blood orange)
- 250 ml yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the apple, quarter it, core it, and cut it into thin slices, including the peel. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the peel and white pith off the orange. Score the fruit along the membranes and remove the segments. Cut the segments into pieces, place them in a small bowl, and squeeze in the juice from the orange pieces by hand. Mix the apple slices with the orange pieces. Mix the yogurt with the honey and ginger and stir into the salad. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry, nonstick pan and sprinkle over the salad.
