Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pkt. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 2 pts. berries, frozen
- 1 bag/s of cake glaze, red
- 1 bottle of sauce (raspberry sauce for ice cream)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream and Philadelphia until stiff (works well in a food processor). Spread the mixture over the cake base. Then arrange the drained (thawed) fruit on top. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions along with the raspberry sauce (bring both to a boil together) and pour over the fruit after letting it cool slightly.
