Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g apples
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 g dried fruit
  • 150 g nuts, whole
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

for a loaf pan

Peel and coarsely grate the apples. Roughly dice the dried fruit. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 70 minutes.
