Apple breakfast – vegan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 200 ml almond drink
  • 1 apple
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp hazelnut butter
  • 1 tsp hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Once warm, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oats and cinnamon. Cut a thin slice off the apple, finely grate the remaining apple, and mix it into the oats. Pour the mixture into small glasses or cereal bowls and garnish with the nuts, nut butter, and remaining apple pieces. It can also be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator overnight.
