Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 200 g flour, type 405
- 200 g flour (wholemeal)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 m.-sized apples
- Brittle or almonds
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Beat the eggs, egg whites, sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, then add the buttermilk (a little more if the batter seems too stiff). Transfer the batter to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and spread them evenly over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and praline or almonds (the sky’s the limit). Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
