Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g flour (preferably strong flour or instant flour)
- ½ baking powder
- Fruits, of your choice
- possibly cinnamon

All ingredients are best at room temperature. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then gradually add the whole egg and 4 egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the baking powder well with the flour. Gradually fold the egg whites and flour into the mixture. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease and flour, and spread the batter on it. Cover the batter densely with fruit (e.g., halved apricots – skin side down; cherries, halved plums, halved peaches). Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
