Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- some lemon zest
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 apples, peeled
- 100 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 160 g almond(s), flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and chill for about 30 minutes. Halve, core, and score the apples. Pour the dough into a greased 28 cm springform pan and line the sides. Place the apples on the bottom. Warm the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and almonds. Add the cinnamon, milk, and flour, mix, and spread over the apples. Bake at about 200°C (400°F) for 50-60 minutes. Fan oven: 175°C (350°F).
