Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cup(s) walnuts or hazelnuts, chopped
- ½ cup(s) flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 4 cups of cream
- 1 can pineapple or peaches
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- 2 bananas, chopped
- Desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the nuts and stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a 26 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Once the base has cooled, tear it into small pieces and place them in a glass bowl, alternating with the whipped cream and fruit. Sprinkle with coconut flakes to finish.
