Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 apples
  • 3 cups of cream (250g each)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 90 g margarine
  • possibly cinnamon

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the vanilla pudding with the cream and a sachet of vanilla sugar. Peel the apples, core them, and cut them into wedges or rings. Grease a springform pan. Mix the egg, sugar, baking powder, flour, salt, margarine, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar into a smooth batter and pour it into a springform pan. Spread the apples on top and pour the pudding over them. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 70 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top or add it to the batter or pudding; it’s also delicious.
