Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 ml sugar syrup
- 375 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 375 ml Calvados
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Combine the liquids and place them in the freezer (this takes a while, as the high alcohol content causes the freezing point to drop quite low). Stir vigorously with a whisk every 15 minutes until the mixture freezes like slush. Serve in glasses and serve as an appetizer.
