Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 apple
- 300 ml milk, cold
- 8 tbsp juice (carrot juice)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Cut the quarters into small wedges and set two aside for garnish. Purée the remaining apple slices with the milk in a blender. Add the carrot juice and maple syrup and purée again. Pour the apple and carrot milk into two tall glasses and serve garnished with the apple slices.
