Apple cinnamon cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

very juicy, simple

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the apples. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with half the sugar until frothy and refrigerate. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until creamy, then add the butter and milk and mix well. Slowly fold in the egg white mixture, sift in the cinnamon, flour, and baking powder, and finally stir in the apple pieces. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan with a hole and bake for about 40 minutes. Don’t forget to do the toothpick test.
