Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg apples
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 125 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 375 ml white wine
  • 350 g sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 pack of preserving aid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, quarter, core, and slice the apples. Squeeze the lemon. Combine the vinegar, wine, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add the apples and simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the preserving agent and immediately pour the compote into jars and seal.
