Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g apple (apple rings), dried
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s), alternatively apple sauce or soy flour as egg substitute

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for approx. 24 pieces

Crumble the apple rings in a blender or similar. Add the sugar, margarine, and a pinch of salt, mix thoroughly, and then knead in the flour. Reserve 3 tablespoons of this mixture. Add this to the cookies at the end, before baking. Add 1 egg, or the applesauce, or the soy flour to the remaining dough. Divide the dough into quarters and roll into sausages. Then cut off equal pieces, form them into balls (makes about 24), and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Flatten to form cookies and sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
