simple, quick recipe when a whole cake is too much

Peel two apples and cut them into pieces, then cut the other two apples into pieces with the skin on. Place the apple pieces in a baking dish. Crush the walnuts in your hand and sprinkle them over the apples. Sprinkle raisins on the apples, if desired. Mix everything together. Mix a little honey and cinnamon in a cup and thin it out with water. Pour this mixture evenly over the apple, walnut, and raisin mixture. Make a finely crumbled dough from the butter, sugar, flour, and a little cinnamon and pour this over the apple mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for a good half hour. The apple crumble tastes delicious hot or warm with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream.
