Apple Crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 apples
  • 150 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the apples, halve them, and core them. Cut the apples into thin slices or small pieces and toss them with 50g of sugar. Let them rest for a while. In the meantime, prepare the crumbs. To do this, combine the flour, the remaining sugar, and the butter with your hands until crumbly. Place the apples in a baking dish and spread the crumbs over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
