Apple-cucumber-sour cream dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely dice the gherkin. Peel and quarter the apple, and remove the core. Cut the apple into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix everything with the sour cream and season with herb salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with chili powder. Serve with rye bread, pumpernickel, jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes, or fried potatoes.
