Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp, leveled raw cane sugar
  • 100 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 100 ml elderberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp sweet lupin powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the apple, reserving a wedge for garnish, and cut the rest into small pieces. Place it in a blender with the cane sugar, lemon juice, and apple juice and blend until smooth. Add the elderberry juice and lupin powder and blend thoroughly again. Pour into a tall glass, place the apple wedge on the rim, and serve with a straw.
