Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 tbsp grapes
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond slivers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with roasted almonds

Wash the apples, remove the cores, and slice them thinly without peeling them. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Toast the almond slivers. Mix the cream with honey and marinate the grapes for 10 minutes. Mix the apples with the grape cream, season with cinnamon, and garnish with the toasted almond slivers.
