Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,500 g apples
- 3 lemons
- 3 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 85 g honey
- 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel, core, and dice the apples. Place them in a large saucepan with the lemon juice. Combine with the cinnamon sticks and preserving sugar, stirring continuously, and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 3 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and discard the cinnamon. Stir in the honey and fill the jam into twist-off jars, seal, and let cool upside down. Makes 4 jars, each 250 grams.
