Whisk together eggs, quark, crème fraîche, milk, and sugar. Peel, core, quarter, and slice the apples. Layer the lasagna sheets, apple slices, quark mixture, and applesauce in a greased dish. Repeat this process two more times, ending with the lasagna sheets and quark mixture. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the quark mixture. Sprinkle with butter in small pieces. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. The lasagna has already been devoured by four hungry people, so the quantity might be limited.
