Apple lasagna with vanilla sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
  • 6 apples
  • 1,100 ml milk
  • 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Sugar (according to package instructions)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel and slice the apples. Make a vanilla pudding with the milk, custard powder, and sugar. If desired, you can refine the pudding with cinnamon and the seeds of a vanilla pod. Pour some of this into a baking dish. Then, until the dish is full, layer the lasagna sheets, apples, sugar and cinnamon, pudding, lasagna sheets, apples, etc. in the dish. Bake at 150–160°C (300–320°F) for approximately 20–30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil, and then uncovered for 10 minutes.
