Apple meatballs with curry dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 roll from the day before
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Soak the bread rolls in water; peel and core the apple, and cut into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix the ground beef, egg, diced onion, and bread rolls together; then add the apple pieces and raisins. Form the mixture into about 8 meatballs and fry them on both sides in hot fat. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Serve the meatballs with the dip. Delicious hot or cold!
