Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp mustard, extra hot
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a tablespoon of oil until translucent. Let cool. Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs and quark. Add salt, pepper, and the mustard. Form into small patties or meatballs. Briefly fry in hot oil, then cook at medium heat for about 6 minutes, turning occasionally. The mustard tastes just a little.
