Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 16 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 500 ml whole milk
- 3 eggs (size L)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 1 onion(s), red
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped

Make a pancake batter from the ingredients for the batter. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it into the batter along with the spices and herbs. Peel and finely chop the apples and onion, and lightly fold them in. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
